Home Advisors Special K Ranch, a Christian Organization, is looking for a quality team to live with and assist 4 developmentally disabled adults on a working ranch. Special K Ranch is located outside of Columbus, Montana. We have 220 acres of irrigated land directly on the Yellowstone River. We offer a living and learning experience in a rural agricultural setting for people with developmental disabilities. We raise sheep and cattle on the ranch. We also have a 40,000 square foot greenhouse operation business; where our residents grow bedding plants and tomatoes for the local farmers markets and grocery stores. The program is designed to serve people who may need to live within a supportive community all of their lives. Although unaffiliated, the program has a strong Christian emphasis in philosophy and practice. We currently have 6 homes serving 24 adults, and are in the development stages of expanding our program by adding 4 additional homes.
